EMDR Consultation for Clinicians
We offer EMDRIA-approved consultation for therapists who are in the process of completing and or have completed EMDR Basic Training as well as working toward certification or simply want to refine their practice.

EMDR Training with EMDR Cleveland
At the Mind/Body Institute, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of mental health professionals through advanced, evidence-based training opportunities. As part of that mission, we are proud to partner with EMDR Cleveland and owner Tom Zimmerman, MA, LPCC-S, an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Trainer, to offer high-quality EMDR training and consultation.
A Collaborative Approach to EMDR Training & Certification
As EMDRIA Approved Consultants, we work directly with Tom Zimmerman as consultants and practicum facilitators in his EMDRIA-approved training programs. Through this collaboration, clinicians enrolling in Tom’s trainings receive expert guidance not only from Tom himself but also from our team at the Mind/Body Institute.
This partnership allows us to provide an enriched learning experience with enhanced consultation opportunities and hands-on support throughout the training and certification process.
About Tom Zimmerman, MA, LPCC-S
Tom Zimmerman is a nationally recognized EMDRIA Approved Trainer and Consultant, known for his clinical expertise and dedication to advancing trauma-informed care. Through his organization, EMDR Cleveland, Tom offers EMDRIA-approved basic training programs that prepare clinicians to confidently and ethically integrate EMDR into their clinical practice.
With over two decades of experience, Tom brings both a deep understanding of trauma treatment and a clear, practical approach to teaching EMDR to therapists at all levels.
