Valentine Volk

Valentine is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who works with adults across the lifespan. She specializes in anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD, and she oversees our psychiatric services, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and medication management.

Her approach is holistic and rooted in the belief that healing happens through the connection of mind, body, and spirit. While she prescribes psychiatric medications when appropriate, Valentine also integrates alternative and complementary approaches. These include herbal remedies, dietary supplements, nutrition, meditation, paced breathing, and stress management. She is supportive of other therapies such as acupuncture, biofeedback, ketamine, and psychedelic treatment, and often helps clients coordinate those services as part of their overall care.

Valentine is committed to treating the individual rather than focusing only on symptoms or a diagnosis. She works to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and heard. Her care is nonjudgmental, culturally sensitive, and affirming of all racial, gender, and sexual identities.

She understands how difficult it can be to reach out for help, and she sees that first step as a powerful act of courage. Valentine’s goal is to walk alongside you in a way that feels collaborative and supportive, so you can explore your concerns at a pace that feels right.
